Postcard from.... Leonor Pereira (12 B)

Ireland is a beautiful country! I went to Dublin in February and I fell in love automatically. The people, the streets, everything is just so nice and cozy!   I went to the Irish cemetery and I can tell you that is a dark place and is a little scary! I took  the touristic bus and went basically everywhere!  There is a street called Henry Street that is full of shops, since Zara to H&M, McDonald‘s to Noodles places! I really loved it there! I really want to live there in the future, I’m keeping my fingers crossed to be able to!! They have a lot of beautiful gardens, with swans and ducks. I love the Irish accent so I was there like I was in Paradise. The people were super nice and the one who drove the touristic bus that I went to was really funny!

The history of the country is also very interesting and I was really shocked when I found out how many churches exist only in Dublin. Ireland is known for its famous beer, Guinness and their pubs, but unfortunately I couldn’t even enter any pub because I was a minor. I think that was destiny saying I need to go back there to enter one!

In conclusion : I totally advise everyone to go there and  fall in love with Ireland just like I did.

This is the scary cemetery that I talked about! It is a little scary ,but it is also very unique.

This is one of the most famous Pubs there! The people who came with me to Ireland said that it was amazing inside as well, but I wouldn’t know because the security didn’t let me in.
